Piper is a luxury amigurumi doll crafted to be cherished and made for admiration. She is 23"/58cms in height and comes with her own stand and her bunny ears. She is OOAK [I never make two the same], exquisite and expertly handcrafted to bring joy and pleasure. She is the perfect keepsake for doll lovers and art enthusiasts.
Piper has been made using a wire frame to make her poseable and it is securely taped within her body. She has 14mm black glass eyes and buttons on the cardigan which do make her unsuitable for small children.
She is more than a doll she is a masterpiece crocheted using the Japanese art of crocheting dolls in the round, namely amigurumi. The yarn used to craft her is from Yarn Art Jeans in peach. The yarn is 55% cotton and 45% acrylic making her soft but durable. It is made in the EU and has an OEKO Tax Certificate which means it has been thoroughly tested and free from harmful chemicals.
Piper stand approximately 23"/58CMS subject to yarn and tension which can vary. She is crocheted using a fine hook and crafted entirely in single crochet stitches, each doll features a dense, smooth texture that allows for firm stuffing and flawless shaping. The result? Crafted slowly and intentionally because true art cannot be rushed. The price does reflect the time, skill and artistry poured into every detail, weeks in the making but she is worth every stitch.
Because of her size she can be dressed in baby clothes [size Newborn] should you wish to add to her wardrobe. However she does come with made to order couture outfits, handcrafted with premium quality materials. These being:
