She is a 23"/58cms amigurumi doll and she comes with her own stand. She is OOAK, exquisite, expertly handcrafted doll to bring joy and pleasure. Alexa is the perfect keepsake for doll lovers and art enthusiasts.
She has been made using a wire frame to make her poseable and it is securely taped within her body. She has the most beautiful 14mm glass black eyes that have been both sewn and glued to make them secure. However, these together with buttons on her clothes make her unsuitable for young children.
Alexa is more than just a doll she is a masterpiece, crocheted using the Japanese art of crochet dolls in the round, namely amigurumi.
The yarn used for crafting her is that of Yarn Art Jeans which is 55% cotton and 45% acrylic making her soft but durable. The yarn is made in the EU and has an OEKO Tax Certification meaning the yarn has been thoroughly tested and is free from harmful chemicals.
Alexa stands approximately 23"/58cms tall subject to yarn and tension, both can vary slightly. She is crocheted using a fine hook and crafted entirely in single crochet stitches, each doll features a dense, smooth texture that allows for firm stuffing and flawless shaping. The result? Alexa takes weeks to create due to her substantial size and intricate detailing. From her firmly structured body to her individual styled hair, made using luxurious light blonde wefted mohair securely stitched to her head.

The price does reflect the time, skill and artistry poured into every detail, she is weeks in the making but she is worth every stitch.
Because of her size she can be dressed in baby clothes [size Newborn] should you wish to add to her wardrobe but she does come with made to order couture outfits, handcrafted with premium quality materials.
Alexa is wearing a beautiful made to order pink lacy dress, pink cardigan with two pink ribbons, pink frilly knickers and socks and has rose gold shoes all finished with a pink hairclip.
